Payment
I will accept paypal, or direct check in the post, when the moneys clear I will then post your piece to you direct, tracked and insured. Local to Brighton England? If so I will meet you anywhere, or you can pop into my studio.

Shipping
Will ship anywhere!
Buyer pays customs fee's and insurance if applicable.
I usually use Royal Mail, but if you need it in a hurry just email me and I will sort it out for you.
Fed Ex or currier available upon request , will reply with a quote for cost.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will stand by the quaility of my work,therefore if your piece breaks during normal wear and tear within the first 6 months just return the piece and I will generally repair it for you free of charge. You must have proof of purchase. Gemstones not included, I will generally try to replace it at buyers expense if the original stone is for sale.

I have been a bench jeweler in 2 countries for 15 years, USA & UK. I would absolutely love the oportunity to do any and all commisions, one of a kind pieces, for you. I can work on ANYTHING from beads to bling! I do Engagement and wedding rings, I also love everyday wear silver and fashion/costume jewelery. Anything VINTAGE is an added bonus, recycling is my favorite part, making old pieces shine like new again, ah just makes it all worth it... now doesn't it just!
